From Monday 1st June 2020, all direct customers will be able to book our Maple Parking branded airport parking, with the peace of mind that should your travel arrangements change; you can Amend or Postpone your booking without any fees or penalties*
That means you can change, edit and reissue your booking with no penalties/charges, as long as you inform us 24 hours before you are due to park.
*Difference in fare (usually when length of stay or start date differs) will apply and will be charged/refunded to you accordingly.
If you are not able to reissue your travel dates, we will happily give you a credit note for the same amount, to ensure you are able to book as and when you know your travel dates. This is completely free of charge.
If you must cancel, simply give us 24 hours’ notice and we will release your dates and offer you a full refund. This is our promise to you.
Our booking team are on hand to help you should you book and find out your travel plans have changed. Simply email them to make any changes to your booking dates/times at no cost to you.
