What EV drivers need to know
Bring your key card or key fob. If you normally unlock your car with a phone-as-key app, such as Tesla, Polestar or BMW Digital Key, please bring the key card or fob that came with it. Without one, we won't be able to accept your car.
Switch off PIN to Drive. If your car needs a PIN before it can be driven, please turn this off before you arrive, or let our team know at handover.
Arrive with enough charge for the journey home. Our car parks don't offer EV charging, so make sure you'll have enough range to get home when you're back. Allow extra in winter, when range can drop in cold weather.
No ULEZ charge at Heathrow. Fully electric cars meet London's ULEZ standards, so there's no daily charge to pay when you fly from Heathrow.
