Maple Parking Coronavirus (COVID-19) update: Last updated 25th March 2020
Revised Opening Hours
Due to the unprecedented impact of COVID-19 crisis we have had to make some temporary changes to our office opening hours.
Our booking office will , until further notice, be open from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday and will not be open at weekends or bank holidays.
Booking Assistance or Existing Bookings
If you are dropping off or collecting a vehicle then the operational numbers you have been given will work as usual but only for the vehicle drop off and collection.
If you need to contact us then please email to firstname.lastname@example.org where we will still answer your query quickly.
Also our website is still working as usual 24/7 and is the quickest and easiest way for you to make a new booking.
In the meantime if you must or prefer to call then please do so within these revised hours if you need to speak to one of our booking team. Call waiting times may be longer than usual.
We know this is a difficult time for everyone and there are few real certainties about what will happen in the coming months. That’s why we would like to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to limit the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) at Maple Parking.
While our goal is to, as much as possible, continue with business as usual, we anticipate that there will be limitations. For a start, now that our teams are working from home and the number of customer calls and emails being several times as many as normal, response times will be slower.
As our booking staff are currently working from home – we are advising all of our customers to email us at email@example.com with any queries and we will respond as soon as possible.

Our cancellations, amendment and refund policy
Bookings made directly with Maple Parking
Flexible bookings: As per our standard terms and conditions all flexible bookings can be amended cancelled up to 24 hours before the date and time booking is due to start. You must inform us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you would like to cancel. Due to the Coronavirus, we are encouraging customers to amend their bookings to a future date if known – or to defer their booking if future travel dates have yet to be confirmed.
Successful cancellations/refunds will be refunded in full less a £10 admin/booking fee within 7 days of receipt of an email.
Non-Flexible bookings: Unfortunately, all Non-Flexible bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded. We must refer all customers with Non-Flexible bookings to their travel insurers.
Third Party Bookings made through one of our booking agents
For these bookings you must directly contact the agent that you made the booking with. Most booking agents have similar terms and conditions to us. Your payment was made to that agent and your agreement/contract is with them and they have a separate contract with us.
