Like the Meet and Greet, Maple Parking’s Park and Ride service is designed to make travelling to and from the airport as quick and convenient as possible. All you need to do is drive to the car park and check-in at the reception (more detailed instructions will be given once you have you booked this service).

We’ll photograph your car for our records, so you can feel confident it’ll be returned to you in the same condition as you left it. Then you can hop on the terminal transfer bus while we park your car for you. Because our car parks are fully protected, monitored by CCTV and patrolled by our security team, you won’t have to worry about your vehicle’s safety while you’re away.

On your return, head to the short stay car park once you’ve collected your luggage and give us a call. We’ll then send the transfer bus to pick you up and drop you back off at our car park, where you’ll find your vehicle ready and waiting for you. Collect your car keys from reception and drive home!

• Once you have made your booking with Maple Parking, either for the Park and Ride Service or the Meet and Greet, you will then be emailed more detailed instructions regarding the location of the meeting spot.

• When you book your holiday parking service, you will be asked what time you’d like your driver to meet you. Because we need to photograph your car to ensure it’s returned to you in the exact state you left it in, please take this into account and allow enough time.
• In order for you to participate in our holiday parking services, you must have a roadworthy vehicle that’s in possession of valid road tax and MOT. If you don’t, we won’t be able to get behind the wheel and you won’t be able to claim a refund.
